Drytac endeavour to resolve any issue as quickly and effectively as possible. Complaints remain confidential.
Ordering Online
Drytac promise a 100% secure method of online payment with which you can rest assured your credit card details will not be compromised. All orders received are subject to acceptance by Drytac and are governed by Drytac’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (A complete copy is available upon request).
Return/Refund Policy
Drytac will not accept any returns for any reason without prior authorization. Such authorization is by way of a Return Authorization (RA) number and such number must be clearly marked on both the product(s) being returned and the exterior of all packaging. Return authorization does not constitute that a credit will automatically be issued and returns for reasons other than defects are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. All returns to Drytac are to be shipped freight prepaid. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from date of invoice.Delivery Information
Delivery charges are calculated per order and via the most economical method at the discretion of Drytac. Delivery charges are variable and calculated according to total weight of goods to be shipped and the state to which the goods are to be shipped. Additional costs such as insuarance and handling fees may be added depending on the goods ordered. Quotes for total shipping costs will be provided via this website for all online orders before payment is taken. All orders placed before 2pm, if in stock, will be shipped for standard delivery that day to arrive within 1-5 working days between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The customer will be contacted if any items are out of stock within one working day and any possible alternatives will be suggested if available. Any request by the customer for special delivery may be arranged by Drytac at the customer’s expense. In no circumstance shall Drytac be responsible for any delays or guarantees provided by the freight company.
Loss/Damage/Shortages
Drytac is not responsible for loss, damage or any delay in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to immediately inspect all deliveries for loss or damage. All claims should be made directly with the carrier. Drytac will be happy to provide assistance if needed.
Prices
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product page on the date the order is placed. The price shown on the product page excludes taxes, which will be calculated at the checkout stage in line with standard Canadian tax regulations. Prices are correct at time of publication. It is the customers responsibility to establish current prices at the time of order. Drytac reserves the right, by giving notice to the customer at any time before delivery, to increase any prices for goods to reflect any increases in the cost to Drytac of supplying the goods due to any factor beyond the control of Drytac (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labour, raw materials or other costs of manufacture). Errors and omissions are accepted.
PaymentPayment can be made as follows:
1. All major credit cards.
2. Open Account – payment due 30 days end of month for customers who have pre-established credit, any account in arrears by 15 days or more will not be shipped until payment is made. Payment due 30 days from date of invoice for all customers with pre-established credit.Limited Warranty and Liability
All Drytac products are sold with the understanding that the customer has independently ascertained the suitability of such product for their particular purpose under their own operating conditions. The customer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with their use of any Drytac product. Products are sold without any warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular use, or any other warranty expressed or implied. Drytac’s only obligation shall be to replace or credit such quantity of the product proven to be defective as its discretion. In no event shall Drytac be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages whether foreseeable or not, caused by defects in such product and whether or not such damage is caused by Drytac’s negligence.

Customer - the person who accepts a quotation of Drtyac for the sale of Goods or whose order for Goods is accepted by Drytac.
